Do you also make bespoke products?

Of course, I am very happy to receive any new request for a personalised product. If I like the idea and the proposed project is a challenge for me, I am happy to accommodate you (otherwise, I regret to say no). I will do my best to accommodate your wishes, but I want to see your satisfaction and my stamp in the final product.

How long does it take to make a product?

Interesting question…The lead time depends on the complexity of the product. A unique product can take anywhere from a day to up to a month to create. We keep the customer informed about the progress of the project.

What products do you have in stock?

There are always a few pieces of jewellery available to see in person at my home address.
Items are also on display on our website, where each item is listed next to
availability of that item.

What kind of wood do you use?

Wood is the basis of every product we make. The wood we know and use the most comes from our orchard and the surrounding area (apple, pear, plum, mulberry, cherry.
We also use exotic woods, which are mostly leftovers from other projects, old wood, recycled wood, etc.

What other materials do you use?

We combine wood with a range of other attractive materials
-Precious metals (silver, gold, platinum)
-Non-ferrous metals (aluminium, steel, iron, copper)
-epoxy resin with pigments
-Crystals (swarovski, zircons)

Are the products unique?

Every product from my workshop is unique. The very nature of wood makes it impossible to make two identical pieces of jewellery. Even if they look similar in shape, the texture, the colouring and the course of the year lines will never be the same. However, as the jewellery is handmade, the shape itself is never 100% identical. Even if one goes into the production of a series of products, they will still be unique.

How much do unique products cost?

An almost impossible question… Usually the price of a unique product depends on the complexity, the type of wood, the time needed for the design, the research, the other materials, etc. The prices of such products start at a few €100 and go up to several thousands or tens of thousands of €.

Can you send products by post?

Of course, we can send products by post. We make sure that the product is properly protected and packaged to prevent damage.

Do you also take on larger wood products?

Of course, I also like to take on larger projects, but mostly only on client’s request. That is to say, we are talking here about wooden sculptures and cups, wooden bowls, boxes and wooden trays. The size of such pieces does not usually exceed 100cm in height or width.
